Security
Since we are in a casino setting, during both show days each rep and show attendee will be given a wristband they must wear for security purposes.

Hotel Check-In
Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. on Sunday. (Daily check-out time is 11 a.m.).

Hotel Amenities
WIFI, health club access, unlimited local calls and free 24-hour valet parking. There’s a Spa at the resort, several restaurant options, plus a Food Court (next to Pano Hall) if you want to grab a quick bite. Peet’s Coffee is now located closer to the hotel lobby.

Monday Night Reception at the Mingle Bar
Join us at the annual Monday evening reception from 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. at the comfortable Mingle Bar located between Pano Hall and the Hotel. The reception is hosted by CIG Insurance and Thrasher Golf. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided. The first round of drinks for buyers and reps will be hosted by Thrasher Golf. Join us as we toast to the NCPGA Merchandisers of the Year and NCPGA Sales Rep of the Year.

The Thunder Club
We encourage you to sign-up for the Thunder Club, it’s free and includes you in future promotions at the resort. The TC Rewards Center is located right next to Pano Hall.
